Comme un jeu de lego, je réalise une construction, avec des sucres en morceau pour unique module. Au fur et à mesure que la sculpture s’élève, la nature du matériau se perd. L’accumulation opère alors une transformation visuelle; une construction architecturale, un paysage montagneux, une étrange vannerie, peuvent nous apparaître.\r\nQuoi qu’il en soit une fragilité s’impose ; un rapport plus fin, plus léger, plus sensible dépasse et déplace les images évoquées.\r\nCette fragilité s’oppose aux formes complexes de cette sculpture issue d’une expérience de hasard. En effet, le plan de cette structure a été réalisé par un jeu aléatoire : en jetant au sol deux fils de couture afin d’obtenir le dessin de deux lignes qui se rencontrent et qui se croisent.\r\nEt c’est ce premier geste, simple, joué comme un lancé de dés, qui par la suite fera dialoguer les deux parties qui composent cette construction.
